Faisal Bhatti is the pharmacist at Brooksbank Pharmacy in the Calder Valley. In an effort to make more money, he is secretly dispensing medication without prescriptions to some customers - including Joanna Hepworth. Throughout Series 3, he is being blackmailed by Ivan Sertic and Matija Jankovic and forced to give up all the money he makes from his drug dealing.
